APPOINTMENTS

Business hours are by appointment only Monday through Friday. Appointments may also be scheduled outside of normal business hours to accommodate your busy schedule. We can see you at our Saint Paul office or our Rochester location. Consultation appointments can also be made in clinics, hospitals, and doctors' offices.

There is no charge for an initial consultation. Family members and friends are welcome at all appointments. After the consultation, we will design a treatment plan for each individual, which will include several visits to the office to complete the design and fitting of the prosthesis.

The process of creating a prosthesis can begin as soon as your doctor says it's possible. If major surgery was performed on the site of the prosthesis, we usually need to wait 6-8 weeks in order to allow your skin to heal.

PAYMENT

As a client service, we submit all claims to insurance companies and submit prior authorizations for patients whose plans require them. Full payment is required upon delivery of the prosthesis unless otherwise arranged. Patients are reimbursed by their insurance companies according to their individual policies. We are happy to support our patients by submitting additional documentation to insurance companies when it is required. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
